Here are a list of popular questions that customers may ask before they are fully satisfied so please take a read as this will save you a lot of times if your enquiries are out of office hours.

Q: Are your products Brand NEW ?

A: Yes all of our products are Brand New, Genuine Stocks and all in original retail packaging.


Q: Are they shipped from UK?

A: Yes everything is shipped from UK for faster delivery and no unexpected customs charges will occur.


Q: Do your products have warranty?

A: Everything you buy from have at least a 12 months warranty term on them. Unless stated otherwise. Most have the original manufacture warranty terms in the UK also.


Q: Are your phones unlocked?

A: Yes all of our mobiles phones are unlocked, sim free versions for all UK and major networks internationally.


Q: Can you deliver to my neighbour if I am not in?

A: We deliver using DHL / TNT or Royal Mail Tracked / Special Delivery Services. Everything is trackable and insured. Delivery can only be made to the addressee for security and we do not deliver to anywhere other than the original delivery address. In case you are not in, the courier will leave a card and you will need to get in touch to either arrange re-delivery or collection from the local depot. 

A signature is required for all deliveries.


Q: How long is delivery?

A: We quote delivery times to be within 5 working days for UK orders. Oversea orders may be a couple of days longer depending on location. Please do not email to chase until after 5 working days. However in most cases delivery is made before the 5 working days.


Q: Can you ship abroad?

A: Yes we ship worldwide and the exact cost depends on the location.  Typical delivery charge can be found HERE


Q: How come your products are so cheap?

A: We work on a low margin large volume basis so if we can buy in bulk, we will pass the savings to you. Its a question that we get asked many times, if we sell for more, then we will be asked why we are so expensive compare to the others.
