Delivery:
We will dispatch your purchase within 3 working days after receiving your cleared payment. We will provide you the tracking code once we have shipped out the order. The local shipping time within UK will be 2 to 3 working days.

Item Damaged During Transit
If item has been damaged during transit, please contact with our customer service team by e-mail within 48 hours after received. Please include the photos of the damaged item in the e-mail. Customer should return the item in its original packaging completed with all accessories and documentation. Once we received the item back and confirmed the damage, we'll offer a replacement or issue a full refund.
Item Lost During Transit
We will provide tracking code for every package we shipped. Customer can track their package with it on the carrier¡¦s web sites. If customer can¡¦t receive their package within 14 working days and not able to find it after contacted with the carrier, please submit a claim with the carrier and contact our customer service team. We will contact with the carrier for further action. Once item has been confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or a refund for the confirmed lost case.
DOA (Dead on Arrival)/ Faulty item
If item is found faulty within 14 days after received, please first contact with our customer service team by e-mail. In the e-mail, please include the following information:
1. Customer¡¦s order number and the date of purchase.
2. Item model and the serial number
3. Description of the item¡¦s problem
Customer service team will assist our customer to solve the problem. If item needs to be returned for further action, we will provide customer a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please return the item with all the accessories, documents and original packaging to us. Once confirmed the item is a DOA or the faulty is not done by human mistake/ misuse. We will offer a replacement for our customer. If item has been confirmed with no problem, we will ship it back to the customer.
Change of mind/ Unwanted item(s)
Customer can return the unwanted order(s) within 14 days after receipt at customer¡¦s own cost. Please contact our customer service team with the following information before any return:
1. Customer¡¦s order number and the date of purchase.
2. Item model and the serial number
3. Reason of return
Item(s) must be returned in brand new, resalable condition with original packaging. If item has been found damaged, seal broken, accessories missing, a minimum 15% restocking fee will occur.
